Prepare for a garlicky-good time. Some of you will win door prizes, some of you—the daring ones—will leave with garlic-reeking breath, and all of you will leave with new information. I hope you can make it.

Grow Garlic
On Sunday at 5pm on September 20th, I'll be leading a garlic growing workshop at the Altadena Community Center. It's $5 at the door, and no RSVP is required. If you plan on attending, please bring a copy of this handout to take notes on. I'll answer all the questions on it and more!

Have a fantastic time. Wish I lived just a little closer!
Me too!! I have some garlic set aside that I'd like to grow this year. Wish I could attend.
Very cool! I'm going to try to come.
Oh darn, I wish I was in town this weekend!! Have a great time. :)
Lucy and Ann: You've been emailed.
Jill: I hope you can make it.
AmyR: Maybe next time?
Sounds like a fun time! Garlic is such a multifaceted food. Of course, I live nowhere near Altadena. :(
Wonderful, garlic is something I love growing, I have over 200 cloves in my garden as we speak getting ready for our summer harvesting..nothing like using your own home grown. I am sure it will be a very educational and fun experience
How did the Garlic presentation go? I planted my Garlic about 2 weeks ago. Some are just starting to pop out their slender sprouts.
I tell you, Altadena is going to smell like Gilroy come spring. We're all planting your favorites.
With organic garlic being so scarce and expensive this time of year in Aus I really wish I had planted some this year! The class sounds great. (Thanks for your well wishes about my holiday....I'm slowly getting up some posts about Malaysia so you can enjoy it vicariously :)
garlic is fun to use!
I always add some garlic to my dishes.
