Beautiful photos, Christina! Oh, and the promise of all that delicious fruit.
Those are really beautiful bud photos.

I have a Mission Fig and two grape plants in barefoot form. Two of which are showing zero life (thank god for Home despots liberal return policy). But this year I've decided to put grapes up against a chain link fence that runs the length of my property. Blasting heat, bad soil - descending hillside - perfect for grapes!
